How to balance work and personal life

Our brain has two hemispheres left and right. The left brain is analytical. It keeps us connected to our job, career or professional life. If the left brain is active the you think more about the professional life when you are at home. Such people are looked at as selfish as they think more about profit and loss.


The right brain is emotional. It helps us deal with our relations. If the right brain is active then you think about our family even when you are at office. Some people tend to cry for every little thing. Or they get angry for every small thing. This is because the right brain is active. Such people will think about family and friends. They are looked at as fools as they do not differentiate between profit and loss.


To focus on work in office you need the left brain to be active and to focus on the family affairs you need the right brain active. There are breathing exercises to balance the brain. Meditation also helps a great deal in balancing the brain.


Work life balance can be achieved effortlessly by just balancing the brain. Balanced left and right brain results in a successful career and fullfilling family and social life.
