What is meditation?


You meditate to receive Cosmic energy. Energy is received from the food, breath, meditation or prayer.

When you meditate you receive maximum cosmic energy.

How should you meditate?

Sit comfortably on a chair, floor or bed. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Breathe in, Breathe out. Be aware of the air going and out of the nostrils.

Many thoughts will come. When you're not meditating, there are moments where you might have no thoughts.

When you meditate a lot of thoughts will come. Let them come. Do not worry about them.

Don't get connected to any thoughts, they will come and go. Watch your breath. Slowly the breath will become shorter and shorter.

Then you will be thoughtless. At this time you will receive maximum energy. Continue for sometime.

After that slowly at your arms up, rub your palms and place them on your eyes.

Uncover your eyes and open them slowly. Say thanks to God, to the Divine Energy.

This is how you meditate. Very simple meditation.

Meditations are of different types.

One can meditate for health , wealth, good relationships, emotional stability, improving concentration, and increasing memory.

You can meditate to receive proper energy from different planets and change your fate.
